A Gathering Spot

When the client moved in, the backyard was artificial turf and mulch. They wanted to turn it into a welcoming outdoor space that felt like a true extension of their home. We designed a generous patio with a low seat wall for extra seating, added planting beds to manage runoff from the uphill neighbor while providing four-season interest, and created a planting bed and a permeable gravel path for easy circulation.
